140gr Mo. bullet

Post by leverjc » Thu Aug 26, 2021 7:27 pm

I am thinking that Missouri Bullets 140 grain Zinger would make a good bullet for pistol caliber silhouette in 357. Does anybody have experience with these bullets or any favorite loads.

None here sir, just their 180 gr Pugnose.
But I don't shoot any comps. just back yard gong plinking. Fun as all get out for that.
I'm sure those would also but I've never tried them.

I dont know what ranges your shooting the silly wet at but I know many would not survive the hit of that 180. They shoot very well.

Don't worry about getting older and still doing stupid stuff. You'll do the stupid stuff as always, only much slower. Hold my beer and watch this.......

The pistol caliber silhouette maximum range is 100 meter rams. It does not take a whole lot of bullet to nock them over, some people even use 22 mags but with the mag sometimes without a good hit all you get is a clang.
