Finally Got Lucky

Just got back from my LGS. They had two sleeves of small rifle primers (100 ea). I snagged them up along with a box of .312 Hornady 85 gr bullets. The bullet shelves were empty except for a few not so popular calibers. I'll check back Tuesday as the salesperson said they might get some more primers in then.

Hey Shakey, would you mind sharing what you paid for those .312’s? I just bought a box of the 100 gr from a local guy who charged $30. Got home and there were only 85 in the box. Needless to say I won’t be dealing with him again. His price was high and now with the 15% shortage even higher.

I paid $19.97 +tax.

LGS here charges $7 for sleeves of 100 primers when they get them. Seems to be about once a month. Limit 2 unless you are buying bullets then you can get 2 more.
