That's some fine shooting with the .357 lever there. After noticing your mv's, I looked at one of my first posts regarding those 180's and 2400 and saw where I mentioned mv's around 1100+ fps. Looked at my notes and that load of 11.5gr 2400/180's did indeed have a MV of 1400(+/-). Must of had a senior moment back then when I typed that. Opps! Glad you put your MV up. Made me think. Thanks r-n-g.
Just finished loading up two new loads of the 180s for .357, One load for the lever, one for the pistols, hope to get to the range this week and chrono and compare. I'll let you know !

Not a fan of Bass or Cabelas, last resort only.

I dont trade there often but they had what I was looking for and other places are out. So it was sort of a last resort.

Well, I hit every gun/reloading shop around today, ( yep, kinda a last resort thing ). Went to Bass, did score a lb. of IMR 4198,
and a Wheeler screwdriver set., Academy Sports, bore snake, fuel filter., Reloaders Bench, primers. A little here, little there.
That's the way it's been lately.
Got 100 Hornady 45/70 bullets to arrive tomorrow. I'll be fixed for a while.

I sized, deprimed, expanded and cleaned the .44 magnum brass that I shot in my B.B.S. last friday.

I loaded some 45 ACP, 45 LC and 44 SPCL over the last couple of days. I'm taking a rest today. Going to the range tomorrow to shoot 'em all up!
