Re: What did you do at your reloading bench today?
So I had some extra time this afternoon and thought I would clean some 45 brass to load up. My Grandson (9) who I am introducing to the sport asked if he could help. "Of Course" says I, and I asked him to take the 45 brass and put it in the basked to sonic cleanse.
I walked away for ten minutes and this is what I saw when I returned:
Now if I could only train him to fold his clothes out of the dryer like he stacks brass !

Loaded up 50 rounds of of 357 using 158gr over 6.9grn of CFE pistol using magnum primers. I was experementing with CFE and found that I was getting good accuracy with a few rounds that I had loaded so I rolled up some more for use in an upcoming Lever Silhouette match. I just hope next weeks match is still on. Does anybody have any experience with CFE in 357.

Re: What did you do at your reloading bench today?
I'm so backed up with test loads and ive even loaded all my .243 .
I did order Lee 38/357 collet style and and taper crimp dies to add to my 38/357 Carbide FCD. Three different orders (1 pound at a time) of a powder that is supposed to work for 357 and 25-20 rifles H4227. Also a 4 pounder of Trail Boss. Never got a big jar of any powder brfore.
During the little court room Chess here in Cali, I was able to order and receive a brick of Norm 22 Match and a brick of Browning 25g 17wsm. That was cool. I already had two orders in at Midway and they actually got the ammo order took the items off the shelf then and there, then they delivered the goods to UPS and had them in the. Delivery system within hours of reciving the order.

Assuming Hodgdon CFE Pistol as opposed to Hodgdon CFE 223,
Seen the 223 before not the Pistol. Looking at the load data, it's right in the 'just sonic' velocity I'm always looking for in 357 for Silhouette.

Yep Ojai, should have made that clear. Being I have CFEBLK, CFE223 and CFEPistol I always triple check that I using the correct CFE. Almost grabbed the wrong one onetime and since then I have been paranoid about it.
