Almost made it to the bench downstairs, but my back said no. That fall I took in the woods 2 days ago might take a little longer to heal up than I thought. It's Hell getting old.

So, I guess the answer is ZERO done. Wife just came back from shopping, and bought me some of them back patches. We'll see.

Re: What did you do at your reloading bench today?
I've got chronic back pain; had a spinal fusion, have spinal stenosis, and an occasional lower back muscle ache just for good measure. There's no treatment that has made any difference. I would gladly accept addiction to opioids (if they would help and as long as I could get them) but they've been so abused that they're not being prescribed to anyone anymore, not even to people who could actually use them. I'm good for about a 100 ft walk or about ten minutes at the sink or stove. Then I've got to give it a rest. But, I take comfort in the fact that my condition could be way worse and it's not... not yet, anyway.
I hope you recover soon.

Yeah, I here ya. You'd think after all that you'd feel better. I understand the abuse of opioids, but do they think nobody has pain anymore? I have real pain, Disabled Veteran from it all. It's ridiculous.
I had to go to the VA Emergency room not long ago for the same pain. Xrays say bulging disks, and whatnot.
I hope your situation improves Brother.

You got that right. I"m 76, feels like more. If I was a car, I'd be on the side of the road with my hood up!! Backs don't get in any hurry to heal.

The VA is a pain itself. Had some bad experiences there. I won't let them do anything invasive on me. Have private docs for that.dasmoeturhead wrote: ↑Fri Mar 13, 2020 12:56 pmYeah, I here ya. Finished up a batch of 100pcs 9mm today. Gonna set them aside for a while ( got a few hundred more pcs brass ). Got to focus on the new 45/70. Can't wait to go shooting as soon as the TN weather clears up.

What did I do at the bench today? Nothing, too tired from pushing snow around.
