What did you do at your reloading bench today?
Re: What did you do at your reloading bench today?
My first .360 loads. I used Starline .30/30 brass. The powder coated cast bullets are light loads of Unique with the Lyman #358665 which are about 162 grains and sized .358". The jacketed are 180 XTP's over #5744 and should about duplicate a .357 Max for velocity. Tomorrow I'll pick up some Hornady 200 gr. round nose and start with CFE BLK powder for some full strength loads. I wanted to use the Speer 180 gr. but can't find them anywhere.

Looks good, will be waiting to hear how it went.
As far as those 180gr. Speer go, I haven't seen any in a while.
Was wanting to play with some in the 35 Rem.

I picked this bad boy up, 250 + Lbs. I plan on putting my bullet molds, swaging dies, processed jackets in it for swaging, and if i have space, primers.

That’s a good looking cabinet. What do you suppose the original use was?
Re: What did you do at your reloading bench today?
My guess, government filing of old magnetic style tapes.
The drawers are crazy sturdy, the slides are heavy duty. Plus the drawers lock of a sort. You can only open one at a time. the rest have to be pushed in for one to open. So it won't tip over easily.
The plastic drawer locks

The whole drawer extends out.

The slides.

That's a mighty useful looking cabinet there DsGrouse. I'd like to find something like that myself.

Re: What did you do at your reloading bench today?
I found a box of about 600 125 grain lead flat point 38/357 diameter by Falcon on the loading bnch. Each night I go to the bench to load up 50-100 rounds to use these bullets up. Austerity has come to the bench and am down sizing the amount of bullet styles I will keep ininventory.
