Both my .38 revolver and the .357 BB seem to like 158 grain bullets the best. Had terrible accuracy with 125 grain. Didn't spend a lot of time trying to work out the most accurate, just switched back to 158 after a quick run from min to max with a known good powder.
As to SWCs running through the Henry, I recently picked up some coated SWCs and loaded them in .357 for the Henry. They feed just fine. Only ran about 75 through so far, no problems with any of them.
So far my most accurate loads have been 158 grain jacketed using H4227 at middle to a little higher than middle of the load range.
