Deburing
Looking for deburing suggestions for my 45 Colt brass. I have an old internal/external hand tool. When I trim to length and then do the deburing it works OK on the inside but not good for the outside. Am not looking for a high buck power until. Any suggestions?
I have a Big Boy brass with octagon barrel. Great rifle.

Re: Deburing
It could be the concave part of the tool is getting dull. I finally got a new one a few years ago as I was using my Herter's deburring tool I bought in 1969. The new one is quicker and easier on the insides and out sides of empty cases from .32 to 45-70 including . 44 and .45 .They are not a lot of $$$.

Re: Deburing
I have the Lyman hand tool and it works great, It is starting to get a LITTLE dull as it has done over 3500 223 remmington brass and still works great for the bigger calipers, I also have the Lyman case prep. Center $130 at cabels at the time and absolutely love and reccomend it as it gets very tedious doing them by hand.ypu can also replace cutters on hand tools and case prep center the both thread in and can be replaced or interchanged, The case prep center is a must have if you can afford it or plan on doing lots of reloads! Good luck!!
