I am stumped, anyone recognize this die?

The bottom of it seems to fit .375 bullet, but not any of the 30-30 derivative shells. 30-30, 38-55, 375 win etc.

Any idea of who made it?
What is it for?
What caliber and cartridge is it for?

Maybe a Herter's 30-06 Seater Die.

I'll have to find some 30-06 brass.

The other suggestion that has merrit is top half of a gas chexk maker.

So the ram mic's to .305, and it doesn't fit into the neck of unsized 308/7.62x51, 30-30, or 30-06 brass without damaging it. Those same pieces of brass do not fit into the die body. 38spl, 357mag, 375 win, and 38-55 don't fit either. The only thing that fits well? 200 and 250 grain .375 flat points.
