I’ve had a few shots of whiskey and will get the whiskey-flu. I’m not sure covid works that way.
That'll be the only shots I'll be getting anytime soon.

Tear the label off and use it as a vaccination card.

our appointments for our flu shots have been booked for tomorrow morning .... in doing the paper work there was no question about which shot we wanted .... just to make sure Maureen called Walgreens and was told that the only shots they give to folks our age are "high dose"

Went to CVS in town today and got my flu shot. They do walk-ins after 11 am. I usually get mine about the 1st of Oct., but since I'll be away till the middle of the month, I figured I'd get it early.

Wife and I get one every year and we never get sick.. had countless vaccines and mystery meds during my military career so a little flu shot won't matter. My grave will probably flow in the dark anyway !

years ago I learned a harsh lesson about the flu .... that being for folks who have sleep apnea, catching the flu can have serious consequences .... in my case, having my heart beat go out of time .... some years later with all other treatments exhausted, I ended up in Duke University Hospital in heart surgery .... thankfully its been fine every since .... needless to say I take the flu shot and all other vaccinations recommended by our doctor .... come December that will include taking a Covid booster
