Remington 40X stocks

I have a couple of 40X stocks to put Remington 700 Varmint rifles in them but needed the bottom rails to put things together. I came up with one factory rail and couldn't find another one. My Son-in-law said he could make me one. I told him to leave the hand stop groove out of it and make it solid. I also told him to make it with two screw holes to hold it in the wood and the third hole for the action will hold it also. It won't need the other holes of the original since there is no hand stop. Makes for a cleaner look. He used the original for the measurements and after getting it finished to size he anodized it black. He gave it to me yesterday and it really looks great. Looks better than the original factory rail.
