Walking the pipeline
I walked the Tolt Pipeline yesterday with a neighbor. I walked ahead to take this picture but other than that we walked side by side except when someone passed us.
Some people were wearing masks but most weren’t. I wear one when I’m going to be inside a store but not outdoors. The pipe carries water to Seattle and is popular for walking and riding horses. Yes those are road apples.

Re: Walking the pipeline
Looks like a nice place to bicycle, too. I love getting off pavement and riding gravel and dirt.

She has a lovely smile. Glad it was not covered up by a mask.

Re: Walking the pipeline
I’ve never seen a bear on the trail but hear stories of them every year. I do see bear on my property several times a summer. I posted a picture last year of a momma and two cubs walking past my garage and down the driveway.RanchRoper wrote: ↑Tue May 12, 2020 9:01 pmBadger would like that trail....looks nice. See any bears?

Re: Walking the pipeline
No real reason to wear a mask outdoors, unless you are gathering in a group that is constantly close together. Some doctors question whether wearing a mask is more of a liability, for healthy folks, than it helps. Wearing a mask has been shown to reduce O2 levels and increase CO2 levels. This can have negative effects on general health and the immune system.
Wearing one in a store or doctors office makes sense to me, but outdoors, no way.
