Hornady Support

Post by JEBar » Sat Apr 11, 2020 11:56 pm

on April 7, 2020 I called Hornady about a loose C-clip on a Classic single stage press .... they said they would send me a new one and gave me a order number of 1294457 .... on April 10, 2020 I called them about another issue with small wire spring .... they said they would send a replacement and gave me an order number of 1296465

1296465 - 1294457 = 2,008

if that means they have had 2,008 between April 7 & 10, their support folks have really been busy

With a company that size & all the extra reloading going on,
probably not too unusual, plus whatever else they have going.
I rarely ever buy a rifle, but when I do, it's a Henry.

Well at least they are still taking care of their customers.

I believe Henry has their Warranty Dept. shut down through all this.
