While doing some cleaning I found this in a back corner under my bedroom dresser!
Plant I worked at,in Maintenance and Tooling Dept., caught on fire in the paint area of production back in April 1990.
Yeah we worked hard getting the place back up to speed. Paint residue in baffle area went up and then the sprinkler system kicked in
fire dept. came...a BIG mess!
Site seems to be OK. Load issue should be resolved now.

Yes they do. They closed our Richmond plant in 2007 and moved operations to a larger running facility in Ga.
Even though our quality was better than that location and we had to help them out....they shut us down to save money!

Neat find there forty. I know about plant shutdowns when the bean counters want to save$$$. Always nice to find something like that has you remember another time. Dang, it's raining here a lot today.
