Ammunition sources

Post by GunnyGene » Mon Mar 30, 2020 5:39 pm

A lot of news these days about ammo shortages, so thought I'd offer some alternatives to the big box stores and gun shops. Farm Co-Ops usually will carry a variety of calibers and shotgun gauges, but they will normally be pricier. I went by our local Co-Op this morning for a couple things I needed for this years garden, and they have their usual selection of hunting ammo, but also SD ammo, including 9mm, .223, and other popular stuff. Point is that city folks don't usually know that Co-Ops also carry ammo (where legal), so if you're in need you might check out yours. Just don't expect any bargains. :)
