Back From OK

Post by Shakey Jake » Thu Mar 19, 2020 4:07 pm

Okay, I got back from Oklahoma. Mom (91)had her heart procedure Monday. They thought they were going to put in a stent but found out that her problem was due to her lungs and not the heart. From what I understand of the cardiologist, the right side of the heart's pressure should be around 30 but her's was a 90. He said that was a sign of something with the lungs not functioning properly. So, she's home resting and is supposed to see a different team of doctors next week. Hopefully they can find out an answer other than she's just getting old.

Sorry to hear that Jake. Doctors can work wonders these days. Hope she'll be ok soon.
