Fort Dobbs, The Movie

Just watch a little bit of Fort Dobbs on TV. It seems to be set back around the 1870's or 1880's. In it Brian Keith shows up with a rifle that seems to never run out of ammo. Soon after he states it's a "new" Henry. He says "You load it on Sunday and shoot it the rest of the week". Just as I have learned it studying Civil War history. Wondering if it's true on something else he states. He says it holds 15 rounds and one in the chamber.
Wondering if that is accurate?
In the original as well as the reproduction?
