My water/utility bill....

For you folks that may live in the city you know the deal....but one item that ticks me off is what I have to pay for storm water runoff!
This nice little "tax" was added a few years ago and is a flat 8.00 bucks for two months of what falls out the sky into my yard and runs into the street.
You pay that even if it doesn't rain at all!
Funny part is the actual amount I paid for clean water used for 2 months was $19.33 but paid almost half of that for what rain if any ran into the street!
