Tomorrow marks another year that has passed since the WWII Battle of the Bulge. So the Hallmark Channel is showing one of their HD movie presentations, "Silent Night," which takes place in the Ardennes Forest. It will be broadcast at noon Central Standard Time (CST) tomorrow. It is a true story, incredibly gripping, and seasonal.

~Salute. The Battle of the Bulge (December 16, 1944–January 16, 1945), also known as the Ardennes Offensive, was the largest battle fought on the Western Front in Europe during World War II; it is also the largest battle ever fought by the United States Army.

Why would they put this on at noon on a work day? No need for a response to that question. Totally rhetorical.
Hallmark has to reserve it’s prime time hours for some of the worst possible “Christmas Magic” love stories that have ever seen air time.
My wife....I love her more than life itself. But she is addicted to Hallmark Christmas movies. ......I die a slow death while the same story line gets rehashed on each of these pitiful "movies". Some of the actors have talent but are playing the same role ad nauseam.
I am counting the days till Hallmark stops airing this pathetic drivel until next July. Then it is Christmas in July for some sick demented reason.

My wife enjoyed the HM stuff like your wife does. The one today was not the norm for the regular HM genre. Too bad you didn't set a recording for this showing. It is an exceptionally well-done WWII movie.
