Clemson looked good in whoop'n Jimbo and his A&M Aggies 24 - 10 (the Aggies scored 7 of their 10 points with 6 sec left in the game )

North Carolina State barely got by my Western Carolina University (my Alma Mater) by a score of 41 - 0

last week Univ North Carolina topped Univ South Carolina .... 24 - 20 --- they take on Univ of Miami tonight

how about BYU going to Knoxville and taking the Vols 29 - 26 in double overtime ..

My wife is Tennessee '87 and a former Lady Vol (Tennis). Man, it doesn't get any worse. Wouldn't be surprised if they bench Guarantano or start talking about firing Pruitt. Something's gotta' change.

Would have been great to have seen my Va. games Saturday but got to spend money on a special package.

I bet Lincoln Nebraska's streets are flooding with Husker tears today. They blew a 17-0 lead and CU came from behind and beat them in overtime. Nothin better than beating the corn.

Wife and I are traveling back to Knoxville (from Dallas) for the Chattanooga game. MAYBE the Vols can beat them!

the Vols have a rabid following .... over time we've towed our rig through Knoxville on game days .... the Orange is on display everywhere .... don't even try to get a Table at a Cracker Barrel within a hundred miles .... the UT Chattanooga Mocs won their opener with Eastern Illinois 24 - 10 and dropped their second against Jacksonville State 20 - 41.... UT should handle them but with the way things have gone during the last few years, who knows

Putting my flame suit on here. My favorite team is doing just fine. That would be Penn St. Been following those teams since 1968. Used to drive my dad nuts! He was a big USC fan. Bad times and all, I NEVER root against 'em. Go Nittany Lions!

VA dominated UNC for 3 1/2 quarters but the Heels woke up and actually made a game of it ....

well, BYU took USC by 3 today

Well, Penn St. just got by Pitt, 'Bama wins, so, I'm good. Figured BYU would beat USC, those Utah teams are tough.
Man, I really like college football. NFL, not so much.

How about that UVA game! Final minutes penalty crazy but a great win for UVA!!

I don't recall ever seeing so many Targeting calls in a day of college football .... it must be a point of emphasis this season

My team Louisville,is 2-2 beat two cupcakes lost to two power 5 teams ND & FSU.

it probably won't last so I'll mention it before things go wrong ---- UNC 7 Clemson 0 at the end of the first quarter

well, the Tarheels played one heck of a game .... went for a win with a two point conversion with seconds to go and came up short .... the Tigers pulled it out 21-20

Nice to see the Huskies put it on USC. Always love it when they beat them

October 12th .... Clemson thumped Florida State as expected .... didn't anticipate South Carolina taking Georgia in OT .... LSU and Florida are having good one, will be interesting to see how it ends up
