I've had a bubble like that - one. NOT the whole tire side wall!

I think the person driving with a tire like that might have the same issue.

It's on the passenger side and just maybe they did see that side very often.....but
then it HIT me.
They drive on the wrong side of the dang road, and that's the driver side. :lol: :lol: :lol:
