Fugitive on the run in the neighborhood!

Read on local FB page that a person driving a stolen truck being chased by the State Police on I-95 had wrecked and took off on
foot in the northern part of our town....a swampy/river area.
Was described as a muddy naked man when last seen.
So we living very near that area along river were on guard while walking the dog this morning....me carrying the .45 Colt Bulldoggy
as usual. They had locked down the two schools near the area also.
The search going on since 4 AM and still going with planes circling around and State/local police all around.

Yep around 11 AM and around a shopping center/apartment complex just up the road from us. Wife was at the grocery store there
around that time!
There's more.... on my way back home from a hair cut I turn on my street and see local and State cops parked in front of a house
standing around. I stop and they ask me questions about who lives there and certain cars that come and go.
This is a case not related to the fugitive case.
You never know what's going down these days!
Was carrying my Springfield .45 XDE on this trip!

Have started carrying more lately. I have a non lighted motion detector aimed across my yard. Tuesday morning about 5:00 AM it went off. Woke me out of a dead sleep. I looked out my bedroom window, half asleep, just in time to see two dark silhouettes going down the hill quite a distance from the house. My XDS 9 does sleep in my nightstand. Glad I did not have to wake it up.

We can tell when they are searching in our area as well. We are surrounded by a state park and state forest... So the low and slow flying helos and piper cubs give it away.

It was worse in our first home, we had the state Juvenile home for the oldest boys, the intake prison, the state farm, and the women's prison all within a few miles. We were on the auto call list.

One's always on or close to me.
Working outside in the Tenn. heat this time of year, not good on them,
So one is usually in the saddlebag, or under the seat in the truck.
