When I met and talked with Mr. Imperato at the NRA convention, before I walked away he handed me his business card and told me to email him after the show. I did email him and thanked him for taking the time to meet with me and all the folks who stopped by the Henry booth. He wanted to send me some Henry stuff and I thanked him. And this is what he sent. I am blown away and very grateful. Can't wait to drink out of my Henry mug and so thankful that the hats and mug where made in America! I think it's awesome he does this for so many customers.

Pretty inspiring to deal with a business leader who acts like this. Thanks for the share.

Nice looking mug. Not yours, the Henry mug. Seriously not only is it made in the U.S.A. but has a nice shape to it and holds two cups.

Cool. He says I have some stuff coming too but in the snail mail....He's a guy tuned right in to his customers.

There are many ways to define success. For many it's just about money. But there are still a few that get it. Take care of the business and the customers and the money takes care of itself.
