GULFPORT, Miss. — A Mississippi man has been sentenced to time served for illegally using drugs while possessing guns that had been seized when he was committed to a mental health hospital. Those guns were later returned to him by police.
Twenty-eight-year-old Stephen Drew Montana says he has spent about 15 months in jail since his arrest in April 2018 on federal charges of possessing the weapons after being committed. The Sun Herald of Biloxi reports the U.S. Attorney's Office agreed last week to drop those charges.
Montana asked for his weapons months after being committed, saying he was clear of mental issues. His lawyer said Pascagoula police failed to check records that would've shown the commitment.

Yes, I caught the reference to Ray Stevens there. One of my favorite by him.
Here it is in all it's glory, for those who either haven't heard it, or just want to hear it again. It's one of Ray's music videos, not just the audio, so it's well worth spending a couple minutes watching.

When thinking of him I always think of The Streak or Streaker I forget the actual title..

Well, The Streak is probably his best known.
There are a number of really good ones by him. I love the one about the Shriner's convention.
Mississippi Squirrel is my favorite, hands down.

We watch him on his own show every weekend on RFD TV. Cabaray.
Comes on in the early evening I believe Saturday Night.
