Holy cow did you happen to see Batman and Robin anywhere down there. Been by it 100 times in the truck but haven't been there need to go. Nice pictures Gene

Great photos, SH. What a wonderful ecosystem and an important source of saltpeter for gun powder! Thanks for taking us along.

you are a better man than I am Gungs Din .... as beautiful as it is, caves are places I don't go .... made that mistake years ago .... thanks for the pictures, they are as close as I will get to seeing it in person

We spent a few days in Carlsbad a couple years ago on our way to Texas. We optioned to take the elevator both up and down after we found out how many stories deep it was. Over 70.

Very spectacular! My Wife kept looking for Orks and stayed really close to me.

The town itself was interesting as well with some pretty good places to eat. We parked our RV in a campground right in town.
