Maybe some of you folks liked these guys; Waylon Jennings, Willie Nelson, Johnny Cash and Kris Kristofferson. They made good music, they did it right, in my opinion anyway. Unfortunately, Waylon and Johnny are gone. On TV, PBS, Friday May 27th 9:00ET/8 central. Check your local listings, I know I'll be watching.

I read a story once about Kristofferson when he was an unknown songwriter. Not sure if it's true but it said he could not get anyone to sign him or pick up his songs so he rented a helicopter and landed on Cash's front lawn.
