Wow to Posts for next Member Rank!

Day-to-day I don't often look at my Forum info listed under our avatars. I do often notice, however, my "Henry" avatar. Sure do like how my SGC wood stock butt plate photographed.

OK, to the point. With the 3rd year celebration we just started, I looked my stat stuff over today. 'Tis almost hard to believe I just went passed 4000 posts --- that is 2/3 the way through the "Drover" rank and on the downward slope to "Ranch Foreman!" It also confirms what everybody on the Forum knows....I am indeed a wordy character.

I like the choice of "Ranch Foreman" as a member rank marker. So more threads/posts coming!

~~~Comment to Dave and/or Gene, or one of the Admins. Sometime at your convenience, would you please list the Member Rank names and the post numbers attached to them for all the newer Forum members? I'm pretty sure many don't really know what they are. I remember the fun we had suggesting all those Cowboy names way back when!

4,000 posts is a LOT of keyboard time, especially for you, PT! Congrats on your contributions and involvement. I wasn't aware that there is an official Ranking System based on # of posts. Must have missed that. Sounds like Ranch Foreman is @ 6,000 posts. You'll be there in no time!

I often wondered if their was something after Drover. Other than the admin and firearm expert ranks, Drover is the current highest anyone has obtained. Congrats PT on your 4K.

It's been quite a while since the Member Ranks were created. I think there are at least 3-4 more above Drover. My suggestion to Admin about publishing the ranking system is not only for new Forum members. I've also forgotten what all the final names and numbers are, which were developed!

BTW, there are a number of members who have many more posts than I do. But most are Marshalls or Admin Folk. So their member ranks are not listed; rather, their paid salary positions are in that info spot!

Yup, I would love to know what they are and the promotion break points just for the heck of it. I'll bet it was a good time sitting around thinking up the names and point values. I am sure in the beginning it was small and easy to coordinate. Lol

Wish I could remember some of the other ranking names, which were discussed in the original thread. I know there were some interesting ones. Plus note that that discussion thread had 53 posts....took a while to "corral" the 10 levels.

Just think....we get to do it again when one of our Henry members hits 20,000 posts!!

Shore glad we decided to go down the Cowboy Trail....keeps reminding us of the Henry past and heritage!
