How to cast a cannon barrel

Post by GunnyGene » Sat Feb 16, 2019 10:07 am

I have a woodworking friend in TX who makes cannon carriages and thought y'all might like to take a look at his latest work and follow the cannon barrel process.

Friend Zulu shows his part in this process - making the wood pattern used for the sand. Then follows it thru at the foundry that he's making these for. Enjoy! :D

ETA: If you'd like to see some of his other work, or contact him for a purchase of a carriage, etc. : https://www.jmelledge.com/
