Just another kudo for the excellent Customer Service, which Henry works hard at.
Part & parcel of the Henry package.

When cleaning my new Henry H012MAW .357 BB, I noticed that the front brass bead sight was loose. So I took hold of it and was easily able to remove it from the barrel with my fingers. It went back in just as easily. Since I'm working with the new SeeAll MK-1 sight and don't use a front sight with that system, this was not a biggie for me. But I decided to call Henry to get a replacement sight. If I ever needed to sell the MAW, it definitely would be better to have its components correctly installed.

Contacted Dee Stellrecht at the Rice Lake, WI Henry shop. She had Tia Randolph contact me, and Tia said she'd send a new sight out right away. Well, I hadn't received it as of today, and checked with Tia. Their shipping records showed it was delivered/left at the door on Feb. 12th. I looked over the UPS verification, and noticed it was sent to my previous address. I had just moved to this house at end of last year.

So evidently I didn't give Tia my new address over the phone. I drove to my old place this morning, and no package could be found at front door or by the patio door. Got home and called Tia again to ask her that when I make my next order from Henry Pride if she could "dovetail" with that order and include another front sight. She would have no part of that suggestion. Rather she turned it around and said "You may have given me your address over the phone, and I neglected to update our computer records!!"

Tia (Henry) took the responsibility for what was most likely my mea culpa.
And to mitigate the chance that if a UPS package that small left at my front door might be lost, she also agreed to send it via USPS. That way it ends up in my mailbox delivered!

I'd say we are fortunate customers to have such Henry CS par excellence.

After I posted this thread, I hesitated on sharing it with the Henry President, Anthony Imperato. That's only because I can imagine how busy he is. What changed my mind is that I know a business owner would probably get a boost from a customer's "good comments." Ya never know how many problems and challenges can come his way in the daily grind.

This response from him was a pleasure to read. Glad I sent him the link to this thread. And I'm glad he will contact his Rice Lake, WI "dynamic duo" with his appreciation.

It is definitely comforting to know Henry USA has our backs!! Great company....

I have had really good luck dealing with Henry. Never mattered if I called with a question or needed an issue resolved. Always top notch.

I wish I could buy everything I need in life from Henry. Anthony is without a doubt running the finest business I’ve ever dealt with.

Great follow up all the way around! You don't see much "above and beyond" in today's marketplace, and this is heartening to hear about!

I have nothin but good things to say about the Henry CS.
years ago I called wanting to but a replacement barrel band for my little H001.
They insisted that they would send me a free replacement even though it wasn't their fault.
Then last year I called to inquire about buying a scope mount for my 41 BBS.
The lady I talked with said they would send me one for free.
I told 'er I was calling to buy one, she said don't worry I'm going to send it free of charge.
Don't know why but, sure enough a few days latter there it was.
Not many companies like that these days.

I emailed Jeff last night to see if I could convince them to send me a CCH Big Boy Carbine in .44 mag without the rear dovetail machined into the barrel. I will add a Skinner Express if I get one, and would like to avoid having a filler. Alas, the answer was a very polite “ no can do”.

What blew my mind was a response from Anthony within one hour of them opening their office this morning. He thanked me on behalf of his 535 employees for my previous Henry purchases, and my continuing interest in the brand. He said he had passed my inquiry along to Thomas who is their production manager, (who eventually gave me the bad news).

15 minutes later I got another email from one of his staff asking for my shipping address, as Anthony had asked her to send me a package with some free goodies! You’ve got to love this company! What a bonus that they happen to build some phenomenal rifles and carbines!
