I see a lot of people haven't completed their profile to include where you are from. Its always nice to see if someone is close by so if you haven't completed your profile please do so.

I'm from the Midwest on the Ohio river. But I live in Md not too far from Gettysburg, Pa. Now that I'm retired I'd like to get back on the proper side of the mountains. Just too many ants on the ant hill here in the East for me.

I am just about 3 miles from the Charlotte Motor Speedway. When cars are on the track I can listen to them from my deck.

That is one of my favorite tracks. I've driven on Las Vegas and Fontana. My top lap was 176.23 mph around the two-mile track. I did it in an Indy Car.

I lived a couple of miles from Ohio Governor John Kasich in McKees Rocks, just outside Pittsburgh!
We went to different high schools, so I didn't know him.
Moved to Detroit for my job and just never left!
