At the end of some days, I get a little weary with the abundance of many sad and often distressing web and television news reports. So on my news app, I go to a link called "Good News." (I don't know what app it is; came with the computer, I guess). Anyway, lately these reports end my day with something that makes me smile, or like this one today, just plain 'ole feel good about someone doing an "act of kindness." This report is about an elderly gentleman "doing kindly good" by helping others.

So I'm sitting in the Henry lounge at the moment, my feet are up, and my Henry mug just let me sip the last of my double mocha coffee for today. Thought I'd share some "Good News" with everyone!

It's good to know that there are still people around who care more about others than about themselves.

The fact is senior citizens have more to offer now than ever before.
