Marlin wood

I just pulled a stock and fore arm off a friends Marlin 39A he recently bought. It is a 1992 he got from my SIL that is still unfired since it left the factory. He sold me the stock and fore arm because he is going with wood that has a lot of nice figure in it. Should look nice when he gets it back together. I turned the job down because of still working on the house and yard and no time to fool with any jobs now. I now have enough wood for some project 39A's for next winter. I am going to dress a few up with nice wood but keep the original wood in case they go to a new owner. I have three sets of 1897 Century Limited wood and two sets of standard 39A from new rifles that were never used. Maybe just sell some of these later if not going to get used. They should be easy to sell if some one has a broken stock and needs one. The bottom center stock has the butt plate off because I was getting ready to refinish it when the house got hit with the car and that put the brakes on any gun work.
