Me too. I could listen to him all night long, I have his CD's in quantity. Silver Wings, Misery and Gin, That's the Way Love Goes, Allways Wanting You.........................Nobody could sing them like he could. And, he was for the veterans. Country music like it was meant to be.

Old possum said it best whos gonna fill there shoes. This new country now does nothing for me I still like listening to Merle George and Waylon Wille and the boys.
