Appears they liked their six guns, too. Great old pics. Thanks for sharing.

Ahhh the good 'ol days. Where everybody was armed, drunk and any card game might be your last! :)

They are really good pictures, RR. Thank you for posting them. Those old lawmen really looked like a tough bunch. Definitely not the sort of men you would want to be trailing you!

I particularly enjoyed the old dog sleeping. Dogs are dogs no matter what era..."oh well, this is as good a place as any for a sleep." :)

Great old photos, I always enjoy looking at the way they posed with their rifles. Thanks!

Very cool, old photos.

I always wondered what it would have been like to live back in the day before there was color.

Great photos!

We (my wife, daughter and I) got one done at the county fair one year that depicted that period. I was holding a sawed-off double-barrel shotgun. It's my favorite family picture.

I wish I had the confidence to wear the cowboy hats of that era. In my locale any other than a baseball hat gets ridicule. Unless your going to Country Jam. I'm not going to try and enjoy country music just for the hat.
