Today is my darling wife's birthday, too. We just got back from lunch at our favorite Chinese restaurant. I made a pineapple upside down cake in the skillet this morning and a few friends are coming by later to join the celebration! She's had a tough couple of years, but today she's feeling great, so am I, too.

I hope you enjoy every moment of today!

Thank you all. The wife and I will go to the Texas Road House tonight for dinner, good steaks there. I also got a gift card for Cabela's, so tomorrow I'm heading up there on my way to Allentown, Pa. and spend some time shopping there and probably stop in their restaurant for lunch. Cabela's is located just off route 78 in Hamburg, Pa., about 1 1/2 hours away.
