Ready or not here it comes. We have a little bit of shopping left to do, get some cards in the mail, the usual stuff. We have Christmas at home, big turkey supper, just my wife and son and I. The big family suppers are all in the past as there's just my mum, dad and brother left but they live in Toronto. All others, aunts, uncles, grandparents have long passed away. Christmas morning we take a big bag of carrots out for the horses, and then open some presents around the tree.
Merry Christmas and Happy New Year to all.

I will be traveling down to London on Wednesday to spend Christmas with some of the family. There won't be any shooting involved - at least I hope not!

"Shooting the breeze" is probably as close as I'll get.
May I wish you all a very Merry Christmas and a safe and prosperous New Year!

...that's how it goes around our place too. Cats and horses are the focus!

Presents are all bought and wrapped. We will have Christmas Eve dinner here with my son and his family and then go over to his house, a few miles away, on Christmas Day. From our place to yours, have a Merry Christmas!

These bed-pillow fellows joined Snoopy from our stick Christmas tree to wish All Good Henry Folk a most joyous, peaceful, and Blessed Christmas! Warm Greetings from my wife and I also. God bless us everyone!

Hope everyone has a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year!
We have the family over on Christmas Eve and have Christmas brunch at our daughters house!
I agree with Snoopy above....happiness is a warm cookie! That's what my wife is making right now!
For 2017......My other daughter is getting married! I'm hoping my son moves out of my basement!
And I'm really thinking about retirement!

Merry Christmas everyone. One more day of work then I'm off the rest of the year. Spending time at home with the wife and kids. Brought my 79 year old mom up today to stay the next 8 days. Going to take it easy and go to the range a day or too.
Hope everyone has a wonderful Christmas. Please remember those who have lost loved ones or may need a phone call or invite this year. So many people struggle during the holidays.

Good point, my wife lost her mother 2 years ago on Dec 23rd. She was 95 but it doesn't make it any easier. Good reminder to all of us.

My wife, daughter and I will open presents here at home on Christmas morning, then we'll drive 90 minutes north to my in-laws and so more of the same. My daughter (age 7) is getting a pink Daisy BB gun and she'll be able to shoot it all she wants at grandmas. Really looking forward to that.
Merry Christmas to all!
