Seems that the Baby Boomers have it. Once the Boomers are gone, will Henry or Marlin continue strongly? My hope is yes. But, I will wait and see what type of firearms that my grandkids are drawn to. Maybe, I should watch more Westerns with them?

Same here, physically, anyway. My wife would argue that menatally I behave more like an 8th grade boy. What can I say? I still enjoy a good fart joke......

In real life, 43. Mentally, about 12-13. Physically, over 80. I landed on my head way to many times when I was young.

Got my first Henry lever this month at age 65.

My 33 yo son really likes it. Will consider one for hunting purposes after seeing how much less collateral meat loss there was with the 44 mag vs 30-06 on a deer.

Off topic but several years ago before I owned a Henry I went shooting with my brother and his son and son in law. I brought my dad’s M/94 and both those adult but younger “kids” eyes lit up and one said, “cool a cowboy gun”. I’m thinking this year for Christmas I will give that 94 to my nephew (the one in this story). I promised it to him that day.

Now I have to get a Henry in 30-30 as the 94 is my only 30-30 these days.

Well I turned 85 in June. The wife and I are going celebrate our 64 anniversary in March, so we’re still hanging in there. I still shoot 2 to 3 times a week and reload for all my Pistols also still doing wood carving as a hobby. And when I get bored I always have the sheep to take care of, it doesn’t leavemuch time to sit in front of the boob tube.

Oh well. I appear to be in the upper 20% just means I'm closer to giving my firearms to my kids. Not a bad thing. Recently, my son said something about concerns with the number of firearms I was collecting. Then, he said, but someday they will be mine! Lol

Remember, it's not how many guns you have. It's how many bullets you have.

I am old enough to have grown up with lever lever action rifles and John Wayne movies. I hit 60 a month ago in November.
