After experiencing frigid weather with sleet and freezing rain last weekend, parts of South Carolina are expected to receive exceptionally frigid weather and snow this coming weekend.
Although She Who Must Be Obeyed and I came out well last weekend (no loss of power, no tree damage), this is just not what we are used to in the South.
If anyone sees Spring coming, give a shout out.

My SWMBO has this theory that Spring comes right after Christmas. Yes the days are getting longer especially for those of us in the north but really? Right after Christmas????? However she may be right this year as we have a day forecast next week for sunny and 50

This next week is our usual fake spring. Forecasted highs upwards of 60'. Then maybe back to local winter?
