Anyone else sick of some of the totally unnecessary celebrations that these players are doing? Or how about last night one player spitting on another. He was throw out of the game but should also be fined. Grow the heck up you are a paid professional. Last night a player recovers a fumble and afterwards a few players line up at the goal line hike the ball to the player who recovered the fumble and he runs into the end zone as a celebration for recovering the fumble. Excessive celebration not necessary should have been a penalty. I think celebrations are out of hand. Rant over. Come on NHL season

Yeah, used to be that those celebrations were flagged. Not anymore, got to let the children celebrate like they have all their lives.

Grow up fella’s.

The NFL has gotten so bad I wish they would just go away. The rendition of the National Anthem boy Boyz to Men was just awful. They need to change their name to Geriatrics to infirm. There are a few other items I could comment on, but will refrain as I don’t want to become political.

I watch football all season because I like the sound of bones breaking. This is as close to gladiators as we get.
Seriously the game itself is fantastic it’s all the bull that goes along with it that is troubling. Compare this to a 103 year old WWII Veteran that threw out the first pitch at yesterdays Brewers game. He received a standing ovation.

Some other videos have surfaced that show Dak spitting towards that other player as they walked towards each other, but no excuse for that kind of response.
And I agree that the celebrations have become excessive, it's like watching a little sniglet of pro wrestling in the middle of the game.

I approve.

That's a one-on-one celebration with fans.

Can’t stop a classic like that. And I agree with Mark that it’s more personal than the grandstanding that takes place in the end zone.

I have NO desire to follow any sports, my time is way too valuable. My wife and I watched a playoff football game last year, thought it was a waste of several hours of life, all the ups and downs probably caused me heartburn. After my "team" won the big game we still had the same high taxes, high electric bills. I'd rather use those hours to practice at the range and improve my skills.
