Well looks like around here and many other places we all in the same hot spot for next 7-10 days! Be leaving nose prints on the inside of windows looking out. I will also be playing "Let the dog back in" since wife has no idea of what the weather is currently and lets him out 5 minutes after I get him back in. No range time fun either and got all the grass around home and range cut the last two days so should be good to go for a while.

Finished mowing this morning and retired inside.

I worked for an hour moving rocks before I gave up because of the heat.

Perfect reloading weather here in my part of Wisconsin. Enhanced by central air of course.

Yeah, spose to be boil your nuts hot this week.

Today is my day to mow, and I'm pre-hydrating with some water. I have a Gatorade for when I take a break, but it's gotta get done.
Should get up to mid 90s, which really isn't that bad.

Carol's church had their Summer Festival yesterday and it was really hot. Although the temps hit 102 it was not that
humid so it was bearable. This morning the heat wave is over and it's 74 but rain is moving in.

I was watering the flowers in front of the house yesterday just prior to leaving for church and I kept hearing what
I thought was something heavy dropping the woods. Suddenly I watched a good sized tree drop across the driveway. I guess
what I was hearing was the cracking as the wind gradually broke it in half. So I got the new tractor out and pushed it out
of the way so we could get by.

Always something here at the homestead.

It was really humid the last couple of days. Our granddaughter's pool (a pretty small above ground with filter) will be filled this afternoon and it has a new blow up water slide to go with it. Mary even got the dog a small, fold up pool.

I have lawn to mow too. I'm going to plant some more plants in the garden.

We have had temps in the 90s and they will continue for a week or more. Summer here reaches the triple digits. Last year 115 for a week. When we were looking for a location to move to from VA the daughter here in Oklahoma was singing "Oklahoma!" You know, "Where the wind comes whipping down the plains." She failed to mention it was either a scene from "Twister" or a 110 degree oven.

Luckily, I specified mountain country, away from the plains and tornado alley. It's green here, not orange.

Here too (duh ). Heard on the news we haven’t been out of the 60’s for the last three days. Cool again today but warming up this week. Nothing like most of the country is going to suffer.

IT"S SUMMERTIME..........Happens every year...........Ya should be used to it by now.

About right this morning!!

Mowing done, and that included a ride to fill the diesel cans.
Looks nice when it's all cut, but I really need a bigger, faster mower.

Cold for us down under, most mornings have been under 20 the last week.
Rain came in last night and its a balmy 48 this morning if a bit damp.

Supposed to be 98 here tomorrow, and then settle down to low 90s toward the end of the week.

91* right now. 59% humidity Dew point 74*. It doesn't take me n Buddy long to take him outside to do his business.

83 out here in the SF Bay Area today with a slight sea breeze...

Monday at 11 pm it will be 79° with a dew point of 76° which feels like 86°

Tuesday's forecast is for a high of 98° with a dew point of 69° which feels like 106°
