Finally got it figured out!

Everything we see is just reflected shapes of light. Without light you see nothing and all light reflected off the earth travels thru space like a radio signal. The universe you see at night is just ages old light that reaches earth at that point in time. Time is light past reflected.
Position a light collector at a determined distance reflected light from Earth would be in a 50 year time period. Like the Google Earth maps, be able to receive that collected light signal from any zoomed in point of Earth and watch as it plays forward. Result a living time machine you could view but could not travel back too in real time.

Any of my telescopes are a backyard Time Machine, seeing into the past hundreds of light years. Even your hunting binocular can be used for astronomy and allow you to see back into time when pointed to the night sky.

Everything you presently see and hear is in the past. It took micro second for the light to be reflected to your eyes and sound to bounce back to your ears and all be processed by your brain.
