Henry's has a couple but the size selection is pretty limited. One for .22's and one for .44, .357 and 45-70. Also a couple of universal cartridge cuffs. I know I've seen some others posted here.

Coach,
I’m not sure if this helps but I’ve talked to the guy who does the leatherwork. He’s making me a shell holder for me out of waxed canvas the way I would like it. He has a pretty impressive website. His prices looked very fair and reviews he gets are 5 star on most everything he sell. Hope this gives you a starting point. Hope you get what you’re looking for.

Guide.

I have something similar to that and I found out the hard way not to store the rifle with cartridges in the sleeve.
The leather corroded the brass casing almost to the point of not being useable.

I don’t use a butt stock cover so didn’t know that could happen. I’m surprised that the companies sell a lot of these. I like to carry my shells in my pocket, just want to keep them from rattling around. Plus I lock my ammo up separate from my guns.

Nickeled cases don't seem to corrode in leather sleeves. The police seem to use nickel for their ammunition, even though it is in magazines. I seem to see ammo intended for carry to be loaded in nickel cases.
I have left some ammo in leather and you get that green crap all over.
