Stopped by the Buffalo Bill Historical Center in Cody, where the Winchester museum is one of the attractions. Had not been there for a while, and it’s huge and impressive. They have an example of just about every shoulder fired or hand fired weapon ever made, from matchlocks to modern and everything in between. If you are in or near Cody, Wyoming, you must visit this place.

Have heard about it many times, but still have yet to visit. Would love to take a vacation and see it.

We haven't been able to get out that way due to the livestock and commitments here at the farm. Now that the livestock is gone, it's time to think of some travel. Might have to put it on the list. It's an eighteen hour drive, each way, and they suggest at least two days for the museum. Miss T "might" enjoy the trip. Would have to discuss it in detail with her before making a commitment. Have to check the route and make sure it's doable.
