Mike Venturino has passed

I know NCG will know of Mike and maybe some others on here will also. But Mike Passed away June 9th. I have a couple of his books and I always enjoyed reading his articles, RIP Mike you will be missed. Mike was a huge levergun enthusiast. He wrote a book call Leverguns of the Old West which I do have a copy of. It contains loads and articles of all the old leverguns.

I watched a video, posted by one of the FMG Guncrank Editors talking about his passing last week. I read his articles every month in Guns magazine. He was a Single Action enthusiast, as well as a fan of the lever gun. He wrote as if he was talking with you, not down to you.

He will be missed.

Always enjoyed his perspectives.
I got to where I would read the articles in the magazines that interested me because of the topic, and then look for specific authors, and read those articles next. Mike was one of those authors.
