Don’t blame her. Not fond of the operating room myself

her concern is not only understandable, its perfectly normal .... I went through it several years ago when I had to have my left knee replaced .... if all goes as anticipated, I will have my right one replaced in early September after we get home from South Dakota .... in the area of unsolicited advice, tell her make a strong effort to follow her surgeon's post surgery recovery recommendations and really work at her physical therapy

She's seen me go thru it with 2 knee surgeries and a shoulder. I was probably just as nervous as she is. She needs the other knee replaced also.

Congrats to her for graduating college, what an accomplishment. And best to her for her knee surgery, she must be way too young for that!

No knee surgery Wednesday. Wife was sick over the weekend and had to go to doctor this morning. A shot and other medicine and recommended call and move surgery. Now it's 2 weeks away on the 22th.

That must be frustrating. I bet that both Ms. graywolf and you must be wishing it was over by now and well into rehab.

I know she couldn't help it. She was pretty sick for them two weeks. I was concerned her coming down with pneumonia. She still has a cough she can't seem to get rid of. But now she's got until July 24th, to worry about the surgery again.

Knee replacement still on for July 24th, but she still coughing. Been going to doc weekly. Just started a different antibiotic yesterday and cough syrup. Stopped her taking bp med she's been on for years. Says coughing is side affect. Trying that. So far that hasn't helped. No fever, not sick, just tired from coughing.
