looking ahead to New Year 2024 what resolutions are you considering making ..???..

I believe I'm finally about to make one I can keep .... that being to reduce my number of cups of coffee per day .... my Henry cup holds a good deal of coffee .... my new cup should be able to help cut back on my number of cups per day

Saw my pulmonologist yesterday. He wants me to use my rowing machine 30 minutes every day, use my Cpap every night and lose 50 pounds so I guess those are my New Year's Resolutions. I can do the first two even though I hate the Cpap. Losing the 50 pounds will be hard, I do love to eat (too much and not the best items).

I have never made a resolution in my life, but it might be time to this year. I have put on more weight than I'm comfortable with. I could stand to lose about 30 lbs. Maybe it's time to try. Gotta start watching what I eat more closely.

You better get a warming plate for that new mug.
I plan to ride my new e-bike daily when the weather is tolerable. Got to drop at least 15 pounds and work to keep it off.

Burn more black powder.
