Tomorrow is my Mom's funeral

I have not shared this with you guys.
Mom passed away in her sleep 6 weeks ago @ 90 years old.
She was cremated and will be buried with my Dad at the California Korean War Veterans Cemetery. Dad passed away 9 months ago @ 94.
I miss you Mom and Dad...
They both had great long lives.

I lost my step dad on a Saturday last March, and my dad two days later on Monday. I feel your pain Coach! My mom was up there waiting to give both the men in her life a hard time. Both were 90. Mom passed at 75 almost 8 years earlier. I do miss them too.

My father was also a Korean War veteran. He passed 7 years ago, and mother passed within a day afterwards. I think of them from time to time. They did their best to keep me out of trouble.
Both are buried in a veteran cemetery. I think dad would have liked that. He was proud of his service. Hopefully, his and ours who served will not be in vain.
May your father and mother rest in peace.

Condolences coach, to lose your folks is hard and I expect even harder to have them pass so close to each other.

Thank you all for the kind words.
The burial went respectfully as you would expect at a military cemetery.
We had the celebration of life the next day with about 150 people in attendance.
It was a nice weekend considering, to have some closure.
Again, Thank you.
