I get so tired of all the mouse gun and plastic fantastic gun topics. Time to show off your big iron and rigs. Include any large caliber Henry's but mostly revolvers, and I know y'all have some.
Mine:
NMBH .41 mag, 6.5" bbl. Belt by Old Fat Guy Belts, Drop loop holster by Diamond D Leather, Knife by Schrade Walden, NY ( Old Timer 1501T).
Big Iron, Marty Robbins

No fancy leather here, but I do have 40+ cal. Stuff.
On the left, top is aRuger Vaquero in 45 colt, under it is a Cimmaron pistolero also in 45, and the bottom is a New Model BH Convertible 45 colt/45acp.
The acp cylinder fits and works perfectly in the Vaquero.

Top right is the SBH 44, under the is a Vaquero in 44 also, and the bottom is a 41 BH.
Side note, all three on the right I have killed deer with.

Nice Jim
Rifles, top two are 444's, the scoped one is a SS or Sporter Safety, the second is a P, which means it's ported

.
Then the 41 mag and 44 mag Henrys.
Then the Marlin Cowboy in 45 colt and the Rossi 92 also in 45 colt.
And only the SS has taken a deer in my hands.

Loving it. Thanks, guys.
Here's my two 44 mag wheel guns. Top is my Ruger Super Blackhawk and bottom is my Super Redhawk with a 9" barrel. Both are pretty manageable as far as recoil.
My Contender with the 44 mag barrel mounted is not too pleasant to shoot, though. (Extra barrel is a 22 LR Match.).The 44 rig is lighter than the revolvers and that 10" barrel with no cylinder gap really ups the velocity, plus these original Contenders are not too recoil friendly, anyway. Very accurate, though.
And then there's my Encore with a 7mm-08 barrel. That really takes recoil to a whole new level, but believe it or not, the 7mm-08 on an Encore pistol is considered mid level as far as recoil. Yeah, I've shot much worse in an Encore "hand rifle".

I might have posted these over the years, but, here's my S&W 686 357 mag and my S&W .50 cal. 500 mag.
The 500 has been resting for quite some time.

My gun collection is not a real large one, but I've never sold one. This monster might be the first. My son's family is experiencing some tough financial times and the 500, could provide a nice chunk to help them out.

Canβt join in as I traded off my big bore revolvers. Used to have S&Wβs in 44 and 41 and had a Ruger Single Action in 45lc. I still have two big bores in semi-autos with a 10mm and a 45 acp, both S&W 3 gen Stainless autos.

2 Henry 45-70s, one lever and one single shot. Have a 45 Colt Italian 1873 copy, and a 10mm pistol (not a revolver, but gets your attention).
Donβt have it anymore, but years ago I had a Ruger Number 3 in 45-70. It was brutal, and I donβt miss it at all.

Being in the middle of decade number 7 has caused me to thin the herd a bit but I still have these left.
