Going to a replacement cow sale at the local barn with my son tonight. Hopefully will come up with a few replacement cows. We will see.
At least right now the coffee is good. That part of the days plan has worked out.🙂
Hope all your folks out there have a good day as well.

68º and going to the high 80s. Rained all night but should be clear and sticky today.
Got my lawn mower blade sharpener yesterday and set it up. Need to relocate the balancer and set up dust collection then I will give it a shot. Planning to set out a shingle for sharpening chain saws as well as mower blades, chisels, drill bits, knives, scissors etc. Not any competition right now. Would like to get something going with businesses including grass cutting services, tree trimmers, restaurants (maybe a knife leasing setup) and so forth for regular work as well as drop offs. Everyone have a safe and enjoyable weekend.

Morning, 66° here in central W TN this AM, and upper 80's later.
May pull the scooter out and do some wind therapy today.

heck of a light show last night from midnight on ..... in a way, kind of odd .... full sky lightening pulsated continuously but almost no thunder heard .... for a change, we got a good rain of over a half inch ..... the local farmers have to be celebrating this morning .... highlight of the day will be trying to smoke 3 racks of baby back ribs on our Traveler smoker .... doing so should be interesting

62 and I can see clouds which means no smoke in the skies. Yippee Heading only to the mid 80’s today so how bout another Yippee….. :D

Planning on mowing and then re-stacking some firewood. Had a pile saved for my sister to take camping but of course she went right at the beginning of the no burn period we’re currently in. So I’ll just add it to my winter’s supply.

I’m on a contract with my HVAC company for annual maintenance and they showed up earlier this week to do the service on my furnace. Funny to have them working on the furnace on a 95 degree day. Oh well, better now than on a 20 degree day when I’m needing heat.

Don't worry about getting older and still doing stupid stuff. You'll do the stupid stuff as always, only much slower. Hold my beer and watch this.......
