It’s going to be 91 today after a low last night of 66. Might have to spend a bit of time in my teardrop with air conditioning.

Tonight the low will be 74.

49 heading to 67 with a heavy overcast not letting any sun thru. Possible thunderstorms later today.

Got my atv trail finished yesterday so today I’ll continue mowing my non-irrigated areas around the house. Checked the length of the trail and it’s right at a half mile. It’s a nice hike for us with a pretty good elevation change down and then back up. We hike a half mile and our pup probably gets 2+ miles out of it. Oh to have his energy. :D

Here’s just a short section of it, impossible to get it all in a photo.

It was about 78° earlier this morning. Right now it's 90° and supposed to get up to 100 today. Still no rain the forecast. I got up early to get out and buff clarinet bits this morning so I could send off to the platers. I buff in the garage so went out about 7:20 to beat the heat. I ate a late breakfast a bit ago. The wife cooked up some steel cut oats so I had bowlful with a touch of vanilla and honey. I'm going to take it easy the rest of the day. Tomorrow is the MRI.

Fair 88°F 31°C
Humidity 52%
Wind Speed S 9 G 21 mph
Barometer 29.92 in
Folgers and cookies and then eggs and bacon at the Mayo.
We were up early as Carol had an appointment at the Mayo in Rochester, Mn this AM.
All is well.😁
They are pouring our new bridge over the creek today and we stopped on the way in to check on it.
Lots of steel rebar going into it and 8 inches of a special concrete mix.
We parked both vehicles at the neighbors and I cut a trail through the woods to go back and forth.
We'll have to do that for a few days to let the cement cure.
It's supposed to hit almost a hundred degrees today.👀

Many years ago when I still had my horse and my neighbor's black lab was young he would do the same and most of my riding was on hilly terrain. He knew where every quail covey cover was and loved to flush them out. When we were close to home I'd let him run free but when we crossed the highway to more populated areas I'd tell him to heel and he'd stay right behind me.

In South Jersey it's going up to about 84 degress, and calling for showers. I wouldn't be able to make such a forecast with all the current sunny skies right now..
